We are looking for a passionate and creative Bartender or Mixologist to join our team at Dion Lounge. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing classic and signature cocktails, possess excellent customer service, and bring energy and personality behind the bar. Key Responsibilities: 🍸 Drink Preparation & Service Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently. Create and suggest signature cocktails or innovative drinks based on customer preference. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and serving standards. 🧊 Bar Setup & Hygiene Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times. Ensure bar is fully stocked with liquor, garnishes, glassware, and other essentials. Sanitize tools, counters, and bar equipment regularly. 💬 Customer Engagement Engage with customers, recommend drinks, and provide an elevated experience. Handle guest complaints or feedback professionally and politely. 📋 Inventory & Compliance Track bar inventory and notify management for restocking. Comply with hygiene, safety, and alcohol laws/regulations. Follow opening and closing protocols diligently. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist (lounge/bar/hotel experience preferred). Knowledge of drink recipes, bar tools, and mixology trends. Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus. Maintain Bar records and registers Preferred Qualities: Creativity with drink presentation and flavor balancing. Knowledge of local and international spirits and cocktails. Flair bartending or performance skills are a bonus.
